I was born and raised in the United States. I natively speak English and Russian. I can teach English (both language skills and rhetoric) to youth and adults, and mathematics to secondary school students preparing for English-language exams. I can also help students prepare strong essays for university applications. In high school, I scored 1590/1600 on the SAT (800 on mathematics and 790 on combined reading and writing). I studied at Stanford University, where I majored in biology and minored in international relations. I finished this year with an unweighted GPA of 3.94/4.00. I am currently doing predoctoral biology research in Germany. I have experience publishing academic and non-academic articles.
